Express Entry

As of January 1, 2015, to come to Canada as a skilled immigrant, you must use the Express Entry system. If you apply within the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP), Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP), the Canada Experience Class (CEC), and certain Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP), you will have to first determine if you are eligible. If so, you will have to first register an intent to immigrate by submitting an Expression of Interest (EOI) form. An EOI is submitted online via the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) portal.

Note: Completing an online Express Entry profile or entering the pool does not guarantee that you will get an Invitation to Apply for permanent residence.

The information in your profile will be used to determine if you are eligible to immigrate to Canada. If you are, you will be placed in a pool with other candidates and you will be ranked using several criteria. Top candidates will be invited to apply and will then be able to apply online for permanent residence. Invitations in the second round are not based on a first-come-first-serve system but instead on a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS). Applicants who register in the first round will be given a CRS score prior to each draw. Only those with a certain score will be formally invited to apply for the relevant program be it FSWP, FSTP, CEC< or the applicable PNP.

When an invitation is issued by CIC, a client will have the option to hire our services to prepare and represent them during their skilled worker application.
