About Us

Envision Immigration Canada is a fully licensed Canadian Immigration consulting firm based in the United States and Canada, dedicated to providing the highest level of service in the area of immigration and citizenship to individuals or families wishing to come to Canada to visit, study, work, and live permanently.

It also offers its services for travel document applications from Canadian permanent residents travelling abroad to determine compliance with residency obligations, Temporary Resident permits, and Criminal Rehabilitation applications for clients who are mostly visa exempt but are criminally inadmissible to Canada.

We know how challenging it is to apply for a visa and permanent resident status. It is often difficult to decide on which immigration program will work best for you and your family. Guides are usually incomprehensive and are very confusing as you may not have the necessary knowledge and skills to fully complete your forms. Visa Officers are often looking for much more than what are included in these provided guides. It is easy to make mistakes, or even to forget important documents. Paperwork is prohibitive and one may not have the time to deal with page after page of information.

Behind every application and every form, are legislation and regulatory requirements that need to be interpreted properly in order to comply with them. We meet the highest standards required by the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) to provide you with the knowledge and expertise that will guide you through the process. We will interpret legislation and regulatory requirements and will represent you before Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC), Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), and Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB) Officers and Members.

We provide a free initial assessment for all clients. Appointments can be easily arranged by telephone or email to meet your own personal time requirements.

The Team - Credentials

Beth is an immigrant herself. She knows how challenging it can be to apply for a Visa and Permanent Resident status. Her unique qualities, in conjunction with her experience working as an Administrative Assistant for Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC), and the Consulate General of Canada in the United States naturally makes her already more knowledgeable than other consulting agencies. Beth's extensive exposure to Canadian Immigration and Citizenship laws will definitely work in your favor.

To give you an idea of how well she knows the "ins and outs" of the business, Beth has experience with the following:

  • Reviewing and verifying temporary and permanent visa applications as well as supporting documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) regulations and operating procedures.
  • Conducting client intake interviews, verifying the accuracy and completeness of documentation in accordance with the Immigration Act and Regulations, and later presenting clients to Immigration Officers.
  • Responding to program inquiries from clients as well as providing support and assistance during general information sessions - individuals and groups, as required.
  • Identifying, researching, and entering data into departmental database systems in response to client concerns, then determining follow-up actions. Feedback was then provided and reports/statistics regarding service processes and issues were prepared for management.
  • Scheduling clients for appointments and interviews with Citizenship Judges, as well as booking Interpreters.
  • Reviewing and preparing tribunal records to submit to the Department of Justice, Federal Courts, and clients for appeals.
  • Administering citizenship tests, and assisting in local and circuit citizenship ceremonies.
  • Distributing Permanent Resident cards, verifying documents, and making decisions.

Having acquired this experience, Beth decided to open her own immigration consulting agency to provide exceptional service to clients who were once in the position she was in. Her excellent interpersonal skills combined with her compassionate personality instantly builds a solid agent-client relationship, which eventually leads to customer satisfaction.

Beth is assisted by a dedicated administration team to ensure that all clients receive the best service and are always kept in the loop from the beginning of the application process to the very end.

We urge all our clients and prospective clients to use the Internet and the ICCRC website to research and check us and any representative that you may think of employing, for your own protection. Many "ghost" representatives promote their services to unsuspecting clients and are not qualified or Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants but are in fact just middle men asking for referral fees. Please be sure to check anyone and everyone you deal with is an accredited member of the ICCRC.
